How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Actualany Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Actualany Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep notes and copies of what you send and receive.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Actualany Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in New York.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@actualany.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
