How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local provider. Each one runs their own business. Actualany Pest Control makes the introduction and then steps back. We do not have staff who visit your home, and we do not send anyone to do the work.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Expect a few basic questions. The provider may ask what pest you found, where you saw it and how long it has been going on. They may ask about the age of your home and whether it has a basement or crawl space.

This is where your notes pay off. Share your photos, dates and anything you already tried. A clear picture saves time and leads to a better estimate.

Look, Note, Then Call

Before you reach out, take ten minutes:

  • Photograph droppings, damage, trails or entry gaps
  • Write down when and where you saw activity
  • Note any past treatments or repairs
  • Check spots you can safely reach, like the sill and the basement wall

Skip anything risky. Do not climb into a tight attic or handle a wild animal. That is provider work.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions keep things simple:

  • Are you licensed and insured for this work in my state?
  • What will you inspect, and what will the quote include?
  • What products or methods do you use, and are they safe around kids and pets?
  • Will there be follow-up visits?
  • Can I get the findings and quote in writing?

For older homes, also ask how they plan to handle stone foundations, old repairs or hard-to-reach voids.

You Are in Control

A request does not commit you to anything. You can say no, ask for a second estimate or take time to think. Prices vary by job, so always get a written quote.

If you want an insurance conversation, keep your photos, notes and any provider reports together. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
